Entering m_yaw inf similar to the old CS bug, causes the user's screen to blackout - unable to see or move. Digging into the game files deleting the "video.txt" and "video.txt.bak" files (in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Deadlock\game\citadel\cfg) fixes the blackout issue after a relaunch. However it seems after this, it throws off m_yaw config regardless and will result in the m_yaw and m_pitch paramaters to become permanentaly 'miss-synced'. Re-instaling the game doesn't seem to fix the issue.
I found setting the m_yaw and m_pitch commands to be synced (setting them both to 0.22000) in a bot game fixes this however, in an online game the issue persists and you cannot change those commands without sv_cheats being enabled. Reinstalling the game also doesn't fix the issue. My guess would be, is that m_pitch and m_yaw are server-based and cannot be changed by the end user.
The bug in CS used to just outright ban people as seen here:
So clearly it's something that should be looked into.
