[M] Quick Melee. Hitbox is above or below the target

Description:
Quick melee hitbox works at a greater distance if you raise the camera above or below the target.

Device and OS:
Desktop PC - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 16 GB RAM - 512 SSD M2 - GTX1650S
Windows 11 Home 22H2, 22621.3737

Build:

Graphic Settings:
1920x1080
DX11
Advanced - All the properties are disabled or low
Game Screen Render Quality - 100%

Steps:

1. Open "Hero Sandbox"
2. Choose any Hero
3. Place the enemy Hero using the Testing Tool
4. Start to hit an enemy using a quick melee facing the target and slowly step back until start to miss
5. Start to raise or lower the camera and use a quick melee slowly
ER: Quick melee doesn't hit the target Hero
AR: Quick melee starts hitting

am not sure that this is a bug, bcz there is "cleave" animation

From my point of view, calculacting of quick melee hit should depend on hero position (distance to enemy) and crosshair position (direction to enemy) and cannot be scaled by ordinate changes. But as actual result we can see that ordinate crosshair position changes reduces the distance (makes your enemy "closer" to you).
"Cleave" animation is rendered like a straight line, but in fact, if Hero's crosshair is above or below the target, it makes it further.

yes youre right, its a bug, shouldn't be like that
