Lucky Shot deals +110% weapon damage when he triggers it. Barrage Pocket increases all outgoing damage. Barrage + Lucky Shot should do 136.4% damage (Without T3 Barrage). But it doesn't work in game, Lucky shot damage doesn't increase with barrage.
Below are 3 screenshots. The important one is the Lucky shot damage which is recorded as 1x hit for each bullet in the shot (7 bullets from 1 Pocket shot)
From the first screenshot we see that the damage from 63 bullets did 369 damage. 63 we divide by 7 and get 9 - this is the number of shots for which Lucky shot worked. 369 divided by 9 and we get 41 - the damage from triggering 1 Lucky Shot. 41 we divide by 1,1 (Lucky Shot damage multiplication) and get 37,27 in period, this number we divide by 7 (number of bullets in 1 shot) and get 5.32... which is similar to the number written in the character description (5.31 is a rounded number)
2 The screenshot shows us that Lucky Shot dealt 164 damage in 28 hits.
28 : 7 = 4.
164 : 4 = 41.
41 : 1.1 = 37,27.
37,27 : 7 = 5.32...

The damage from the Amp Barrage did not improve the damage that Lucky Shot did.
