I'm thinking of a 1600 soul item that lets you modify the drop pool of permanent buffs. My idea is that when you buy this item, you remove one of the six buffs from the pool of buffs, making the rest of them more likely to show up (so for example, by choosing Max Ammo, you will never get Max Ammo when you break a statue or trigger the Sinners' Sacrifice jackpot, instead rolling something else). This could be selected through a menu similar to imbuing an ability, or if one wants to modify it on the go, you could have a toggleable menu similar to the poster change menu.
I'd also like to use this chance to suggest a new attribute: Luck. A rather niche attribute, this would increase the drop rate of breakables and the proc rate of any chance-based abilities (like Tesla Bullets or Lucky Shot, ironically). A +20% Luck bonus would change a 50% chance into a 60% chance, a 30% chance into a 36% chance etc.

I also thought of a more expensive version as an upgrade path for this.
