Low Priority Match Making Queue for OCE region

With this new patch, I've had issues with the game crashing out, to the point that I have to reinstall my drivers to get my AMD card working correctly again - by the time I do this I either rejoin the game too late and get punished anyway or the game is over. In any case, I understand what the low priority queue is for and I'm happy to take on the consequences of having my team's game essentially ruined.

The problem is that the player count in OCE is very low. It can take quite a long time to just get a regular game. It is impossible to get a low priority match making game at all.

So what options are left for me to make this right?

Any help to address this situation for OCE player base would be appreciated.
