Monitor Configuration: 2x1080p monitors, primary monitor at 120hz
Pre update I was playing on the 3/4 basic settings (towards best looking) and consistently managing around 80 frames and up, only dipping towards 50-60 during lategame scenarios with a lot of creeps around the patron.
This was my first match of the session. During this match I consistently had 40fps average throughout the match, and it didn't appear to be linked distinctly to onscreen action (ie, not relating to number of creeps/heroes/effects on screen). I dropped my settings to those shown below and was able to maintain above 60fps somewhat uncomfortably. After changing my settings I don't recall having noticeable performance issues in later matches, but I did restart my game after each match.
