Lotus Orb is one of the most popular items among the better players in Dota. For everyone that does not know what Lotus Orb does, it is an item that you can target on others or yourself. First of all you will cleanse negative debuffs on the target, second of all you will reflect on-click spells (only some skillshots) like Bebops bomb, Mo ult, Sevens stun etc. back to the sender. It is however not a full reflect, the spell will still go through but a "copy" is sent back. For everyone wanting a visualization, here is a video:

What if item could reflect everything? Bibop grab himself. Is it like infinite cat-toast engine?....
However, ts cool idea. It should be about 4250 souls i guess? from reactive barrier .-.

Full reflect might be a little overpowered and I would see the item more in a 6000 range considering it does a little more than debuff remover which is 4250
