Lots of sound effects, animations, UI elements did not work after rejoined from a disconnect

Sometimes, game disconnects due to internet issues or something (not crash), and I am back at main menu.
After I am able to rejoin, the game has almost no sounds or very weird ones, lots of UI elements are not working (number of bullers/mag size is missing, abilities CD not showing and abilities are all greyed out so you dont know if they are available or not), also lots of animation does not work like shooting gun, no animation no sound at all, reload animation stopped working,
Also zoom stopped working,

after couple of minutes, things start getting better gradually until everything is back to normal
