Long Time Player Having Issues Loading After New Update

As the title says i'm a long time player with over 700 games and recently yesterday after silver released, just opening the game and loading into any matches has taken over 2 minutes, with sometimes games completely failing to load and sending me back to the hideout. I've tried reinstalling and the load times are still the same. Any help would be appreciated. This also occurs when ending a game. Trying to get back to hideout causes a long loading time

Hey, I finally found a fix btw for this making my loading times take like 5 seconds again. Changed my shader cache size in NVidia control panel to 100gb and everything loads very fast for anyone wondering the solution

Quick question for you, is this fix still working on every match? I tried this and it works most of the time, but there are some moments where I still crash anyways. I have this issue in Dota and to fix it there I just load a bot match but that doesn't seem to work in Deadlock. Wondering if there is any other solutions other than shader cache? Thanks!

i think we're having different issues mine never crashed, just took forever to load into game, and yeah sorry it was just shader stuff wish you luck tho
