Locked out of autobuy if you autobuy an upgraded item first

Basically, if you queue up anything with an upgrade, let's use Duration Extender and Superior Duration for this example, then buy Superior Duration, Duration Extender gets stuck in the first slot of the autobuy queue and you can't use autobuy for the rest of the match.
