As one of the most popular folklore tales in Western civilization, the a Loch Ness monster-esque character would be a cool addition to the hero roster. I'm not sure how it would be visually differentiated from Vyper if it were the monster itself to give it a clear identity as both of them are distinctly reptiles, so maybe some human or other counterpart that has their lore directly tied to it could also work.
