LMB to activate ability does not cast

While Playing Yamato today in a pub match I was unable to cast Flying Strike (the second ability). When hitting key 2 to cast you then need to follow up with a LMB after selecting target to activate the ability, that did not work, no button or key worked. Played the whole match one ability down, only 3 of 4 worked. Went to the SANDBOX and noticed any ability where you hit 1,2,3 or 4 followed by a LMB to confirm would not cast. Ivy's Kudzu Bomb, Lady Geist's Essence Bomb and Life drain would not cast. After the patch 9/1/14 the only thing I changed in Hotkeys was double tap to cast on self. Reverted that, restarted, checked game integrity etc. No fix, so I'm reporting it. Enjoying the game. Thanks.

Just want to update this post, might have been patched out already but simply resetting key bindings/hotkeys to default fixed this problem. If anybody has a similar issue in the future that should fix it.
