Little Mirage Djinn's Mark Rework

The reveal time of Djinn's Mark should scale with cooldown reduction items. This would make Mirage overall better without overbuffing him. It could also make his currently unused spirit build more viable and give a boost to an almost useless in current meta ability. At the same time, this won't make Mirage overpowered, since getting good damage from this ability requires a full commitment to a spirit build, so players running a gun build won't be able to get easy damage just by picking up a couple of spirit items. Djinn's Mark needs long fights to get all the marks, so this change would help Mirage fit better into the current fast-paced meta.
 
The reveal time? Like the amount time the enemies get revealed? Doesn't that scale with ability duration? Why would it scale with cooldown reduction when there's specifically a stat for duration in the game?

I actually meant a different parameter — the cooldown between multipliers(2.5s default -> 1.8s with ability upgrade), but since I wrote the idea at night, I ended up typing nonsense)

It would also be great if Djinn's Mark could be imbued with superior cooldown and could work with improved burst to improve it even further.

In the best case scenario, the mark to increase the multiplier would appear every 1.08 seconds.

Ah, in that case, yes, that sounds cool! Cooldown reducing time between shots could be nice

Althought I have to mention that the ability does currently work with Improved burst
 
What would serve your purposes better would be to have the time between Mark's decrease with spirit. Like scales -0.015s with spirit.
