[Linux bug] Takes two hours for Vulkan shaders to process on initial launch

Pretty much as the title says. Vulkan shaders take two hours to process on initial launch. This takes only a minute or so on CS2. It even tries to process shaders on consequent launches, which never happens on CS2.
