Linepro builds are always popular

Streamer knows as Linepro created a bunch of builds for every deadlock character long time ago, and they are known in community as really bad builds, even streamer himself doesn't play Deadlock anymore (a couple of months at least) and now plays other games, but still launches Deadlock to "update" his builds so they always stay on-top of build list and even have tag "all-time popular", which he actively uses to advertise his Twitch channel.
Many people complained how he does this, but there was never done anything about it.
I propose to remove "all time popular" tag from Linepro builds and mark them as outdated/hide them.
Because of their popularity new players on some characters may pick it, play with it and because builds are bad do poor job in match and never play character/game again, and all of this because streamer who wants to boost his popularity.

even worse, some of them are based on old kits that dont exist any more. Like the calico one still has extra charge item in the build because its based on the turret statue kit, not the current one. So new calico players get confused a lot.
