Lighting Bug when not focusing on the game

Focusing outside the game for too long seems to increase the strength of the lighting (Or maybe just piles the same effect over itself?) to an ungodly amount. This also seems to happen in other places in the actual game like ex.: leaving the game out of focus for too long will make the shop glow too strong (And will also lag the game)

More screenshots. It seems like speeding up the game also has the same effect or seems to speed up the rate at which this happens.
