Lieutenant - Bombardment Specialist

My idea of Lieutenant is based off of the classes from Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Mostly the Field Ops class. Aesthetically he would look and behave like a character from Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers. Ideally he would have a WW2-era radio backpack and iconic green GI helmet. He would be armed with the semi-automatic M1 Garand which deals similar damage to Mirage's gun but with a higher fire rate and lower magazine capacity. It would have a high bullet velocity.

Potential Passive abilities could be: Starts with 2 m/s sprint speed, innate Fleetfoot, 4 base stamina, innate bullet resist, free jump-dash every 15 seconds, something that speaks to his physical conditioning as a soldier.

Abilities:
  1. Rifle Grenade - Active, Charges - Lieutenant loads a Rifle Grenade onto the end of his rifle. (Or just shoots a rifle grenade if implementation is easier) His next shot propels the Grenade along a long, flat arc and the grenade has a fixed timer (~1.5s) that starts counting down on collision. It bounces on collision with anything. It does not explode on contact in any circumstance and deals reduced damage to objectives.
    1. Upgrades add charges, DoT to enemies affected by explosion, grenade-y stuff.
  2. Smoke Grenade - Active, Throwable - Lieutenant throws a Smoke Grenade, which has a fixed timer and bounces on collision with anything. After a short time (less than 4 seconds after the grenade leaves Lieutenant's hand), the grenade emits a large cloud of smoke, obscuring vision and preventing display of damage numbers or hitmarkers for enemies shooting through the smoke (if possible, implementation of this could be performance intensive on the server?)
    1. Upgrades increase radius, duration, and T3 upgrade provides ~2-3s of low to medium bullet evasion to teammates who enter the smoke (refreshes infinitely while inside smoke, lingers for ~2-3s after leaving smoke)
  3. Ammo Box - Active, Deployable (max 1, cooldown starts after cast) - Lieutenant deploys an ammo box with X charges. Lieutenant and Allies who reload within 8m of the Ammo Pack have +30% Ammo for that magazine and deplete 1 charge from the Ammo Box.
    1. Upgrades increase +Ammo percentage, and add secondary effects. Potential secondary effects include Bullet Lifesteal, Phosphorous Rounds (fire-themed DoT buildup per bullet, one instance of the debuff per target, teammates can focus fire to speed up DoT buildup), Bullet Resist Shred, Slow, etc.
  4. Spectral Airstrike - Active, Ultimate - Lieutenant throws a marker flare that emits smoke visible to everyone. After 2s (and a spooky ghost propeller airplane noise), a Spectral Airplane drops 6 bombs which detonate left-to-right in a line perpendicular to wherever Lieutenant was facing when he threw it. Deals heavy spirit damage and stuns any enemies hit for 1s. Can be used indoors as the plane and bombs are ghosts! Magic.
    1. Upgrades could reduce the time between the grenade being thrown and the airstrike, add radius, add a DoT, etc.

He sounds incredible and like I've just found a new main if he ever gets added. Are you open to some alternative ideas for his abilities and aesthetic/design/lore? I just feel there are a few things in here that could be expanded upon a little bit more to bring him from a concept to a character
