Levelling Grey Talon 2 ability also cast it

As the title says, in match 18203563 when I levelled Greay Talon's 2nd ability, by holding tab and pressing the ability key, the abiltiy was also used, this did not happen with any other ability and has never happened before

Surprised this hasn't been fixed yet - happens 100% of the time for over a month now with only this ability (at least it's the only one Ive noticed)
