Leveling up skill with alt + (default hotkeys) 1, 2, 3, 4 seems to work properly. Problem occurs for me when i try to level up a skill when using different key binds. I have my skills rebind to my mouse (corsair scimitar), and when i alt + - , = , \ , ] (keyboard keystrokes that i bind on my mouse) to level up a skill, it only works for the first time i grab a skill. When i try to get 1, 2 or 5 ability point into a skill, its like the game ignores the alt function and i can only cast abilities.
