Leveling up skills during cast not properly managing duration extension [Video]

How to reproduce: Play Seven, get Level 1 ultimate Ability begin to cast the ultimate and during the cast apply another level upgrade to his ultimate, this should extend the duration of the ULT (or not) but you will see at the end of the level 1 duration Seven gets stuck in the ultimate animation but is not doing anything.

Also found some inconsistency in what types of effects will transfer through to an ability if you upgrade it while channeling
