Leveling in builds broken

Amongst the many glitches with new build page (wiping when editing on way into match, Shop appearing empty randomly, resets for no reason) i've stumbled on the leveling chart not functioning as intended today. For some reason, in Ability Point Order, Using points one after another on the same skill isn't registering. 1,1,1,1 will only show the initial point going into 1 and will not register the others. 1,2,1,1,1 will unlock both one and two, register a point in one then the remaining points will go ignored. the only way to be able to make points persist is to alternate unlocks/upgrades so 1,2,1,3,1,4,1 and you'll have 1 fully upgraded in the point order. This obviously doesn't work because if you're maxing abilities you will have to arbitrarily put points into upgrades you would ignore just to get the feature to function.
