Latest nvidia drivers (version 566.36) causing random intermittent frame drops, as well as some aliasing issues

If you've been getting frame drops that only go away when you focus on another window and back, this is what is causing the issue. I recommend reinstalling the previous drivers through the geforce app.

Im also experiencing this. The screen / textures flicker and I have 4 fps on the latest nvidia driver (566.36) I have rtx 3070 if that matters.
