Lastest Patch Fullscreen and Windowed Borderer not being enforced

Since todays patch every game is treating the Deadlock game as windowed and mouse is going across to my other monitors regardless of what resulution settings i used. Only fix so far has been to disable my other monitors to avoid losing control in game whenever my mouse moves to another monitor
