Active use: When your hp is below 100 the amulet can be activated using the remaining points of your life to create an explosion that will make damage as enemies as allies, even yourself, in a radious of 5 meters. The damage done is 300hp.
Also when the character is able to use the amulet it will bright part of the character making anyone to know he is able to use it.
