As the title says, whenever I use Lash's ult as the rejuvinator is coming down, my game and typically 3 other people's games crash to desktop. I keep forgetting to record the match IDs, but the most recent one this happened in was 27710845. I think I've seen it crash both allies and enemies, and doesn't seem to depend on any other factors.
