Lash ground strike map geo thing

I was playing in a custom game when I had this happen to me on Lash. As shown in the video, it can sort of happen in a few other spots with similar map geometry but eventually Lash falls out of it. Here, you can get stuck in the corner until he gets pushed out of it.
