I assume this is a bug, while I really appreciate the Lash nerfs, his Ground Strike still seems impossible to avoid even when you see it coming, it will hit you when climbing structures or double jumping away, incredibly frustrating to play against when that to me seems like it should be the exact kind of play to counter his Ground Strike. He can already pull you down from the air if he goes through you so this crazy vertical range seems unnecessary.
