Feel like I'm going crazy, I swear last patch you could grapple objectives the same regardless of if they're yours or enemies. The range on grapple is about 15m for enemy objectives right now, and the cast range upgrade does nothing to improve it. Ally objectives still work fine though. You can easily test this by going to mid lane bridge and trying to grapple to both objectives. Same for walkers.
