Lash Death Slam lowest height set to terrain directly below him

Post 7/11 patch, if certain map terrain (base bridges, some roofs) is directly below lash's model during his ult, it blocks lassos in all directions, even if you have line of sight to the target.

You can also test this in the Hero Testing.
When standing on the roof you can't target the bot.
But if you jump from the roof he becomes targetable.
