Large performance drop and seemingly increased input latency after patch today

I used to get a relatively stable 120-180 FPS using FSR2 around 60% but after today I've dropped a solid 30fps across the board. Particle effects seem to tank it extra bad, before that only tanked my frames when I was standing inside of 3 ults, now it's pretty much any time one is on my screen.

Input also feels floaty now, but I can't tell if its the frame drops, new input latency, just in my head because my character model flops in front of my crosshair sometimes seemingly from the animation changes, or some kind of camera behavior has changed.

Have tried messing with several settings including G-Sync on and off and fullscreen vs windowed

Update: There's a reddit thread about how presumably some of the camera positions have changed (some characters look larger now) so I'm willing to bet the weird floating aiming is due to camera collision changes or the character model's position relative to it at least.

It's very jarring when the character model moves in front of the reticle or alters the camera angle or whatever is happening, even if the reticle is not actually aiming at a different point.

Try it and give me feedback, because it helped me so far. Turn off G-syns wherever you can. In the monitor settings and in the nvidia panel in two places. And launch the game on Vulkan and re-enter it.
