In the main menu I have between 900 fps and 1000 fps, but once I open the Settings or Browse Items sections, the fps drops down to 10-20 fps.
In the settings, switching the tabs increases the fps back to ~500, but after few seconds it goes back to 10-20 fps.
In the browse items, being active (by constantly moving the mouse cursor and inspecting the items) results in stable 90-100 fps, once you stop, it drops down to 10 fps.
