Lag spikes, jitter.

After the last major patch ive facing some random lag spikes at first my game freezes and now everybody freezes for like 1 or 2 seconds but me.

same here, game is unplayable... it's happening in ALL matches, after mid-game

I played two matches today the first game had some really bad lag and jitter spikes for both me and my lane partner, especially during the laning phase. Match ID is 41222422. Did manage to turn the game around and win but the lag and jitter was still rather unpleasant.
