Lag left me in a bugged state

Had an internet stutter in the middle of a game and instead of being DC'd or the game recovering, my character got stuck in place but I could still use abilities and see enemies using abilities. I couldn't see myself using abilities and moving but my teammates could see me in spawn. Video attached should explain it better
