Life Drain ability shows "NO TARGET" when activated via scroll wheel with Instant Cast enabled.

Input Method:
Mouse Wheel Scroll Down bound to Life Drain (Ultimate activation)
Reproduction Steps:
Life Drain locks onto the nearest valid target near the crosshair and begins draining, even if scrolled rapidly.
Actual Result:
If the scroll input registers more than once in rapid succession, the HUD displays "NO TARGET" and the ability does not activate.
Workaround:
Switching the cast type to Quick Cast resolves the issue. The ability behaves as expected even when the scroll wheel is used rapidly.

Moderate – Affects usability for players who rely on scroll wheel activation and Instant Cast.
