Lady Geist Skill 4

I don't know if this is a bug, but used skill 4 to swap HP and still died with 99HP
Wasn't stunned or anything. MatchID 420024

Most likely you pressed 4 at the wrong time, because if you have too little health your ult won't work.
And the fact that you see the amount of HP different from zero after your death is an interface bug. I have this bug all the time on any character.

This is not true, the enemy's HP will simply not drop below 30%, but the ult will still work, he just didn't have time to press it and died. But the interface bug is true.
 
I watched your replay.
Haze activated silencer which didn't even run out of duration before you died. I'm sorry but you were simply silenced.

What you see at client and what happens at server is different. For example the same thing happens with mo krill ultimate. You sometimes think you caught someone by pressing 4 but it didn't actually connect at all. Making it look as if you ulted someone for 0.1 seconds and your ult is not on cooldown too.

It can be argued client shouldn't put you in animation until server can confirm your ultimate connected to avoid confusions like that.
