Kinetic Dash does not give buff

Today I tested the Haze build on bots and in Sandbox mode, but Kinetic Dash did not give any buffs and did not restore stamina. I don’t know what the reason is, maybe I did something wrong, but I decided to write about it

as of today kinetic dash still does not work in sandbox

Works fine for me. Are you sure you are doing the dash-jump correctly? You need to jump when the stamina bar flashes blue.
