As mentioned in the title, if you kill someone with Grey Talon's Guided Owl you are supposed to get a permanent +5 Spirit bonus, however this currently feels super random. Sometimes you get stacks if you kill someone with it and sometimes you don't.
I think the reason why you don't always get kills is due to the item "Mystic Burst". If you get the last hit with this item's extra damage instead of the Owl's own damage, I think this is when you don't get the stack. I think that this is a bug and should be resolved as even if you get the kill with the Mystic burst damage, it's still the owl that gets you the kill.
