Kill-feed Persisting into next match

As the title states, i died at the end of a previous match right before it went to the stat screen. I then re-queued and the kill feed from my last death persisted through out the entirety of the second match. Only went away after restarting the game. (names censored for privacy)

I also got this issue but not with my own death, seems to just happen randomly when somebody dies during end screen.
