Kicked from matches and banned constantly as a result since Apollo release

Long story short, I'll be put into matches and then get kicked before it finishes loading or sometime early in laning phase. Reconnecting will either fail and keep booting me back to lobby until  after I've incurred the leaver's penalty or take long enough for it to kick in before I get back into the match; or just crash my game entirely, also ending with me incurring the penalty.

I've been playing since shortly after Victor came out I believe; I've racked up close to 200 hours and I absolutely adore this game. I play in the United States, eastern side, on a gaming laptop(which isn't the best hardware but it's the best I can get and Deadlock actually runs relatively well on the lowest settings). This hasn't been an issue until after Apollo released.

Naturally, I've done everything I could find in relation to this issue; I've turned off turbo mode, I switched between DirectX and Vulkan, I always play on the lowest settings, verified and re-verified the files, scanned for corrupted files in the command prompt and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Scanning for corrupted files did yield limited success for three matches; but in my testing to make sure it actually worked I also discovered that I can't load into a bot match at all(it'll connect me to the match, start loading it, and then kick me to Hideout). Uninstalling and reinstalling worked for a bit until tonight, where trying to play as Venator has seemingly made the issue resurface and now I'm banned for the next few hours.

I am at my wit's end with this. It's not my hardware because as shitty as my laptop is, Deadlock is the only game that has this issue. But I have no idea what else I can do to resolve this and I don't have the means or money to even fathom the idea of getting a new piece of hardware.

do a clean reinstall of OS.

then upgrade GPU software to the latest stable one

then lower all your settings to low/medium

then check your temp when playing

If all 4 doesnt work, then you have a hardware issue
