Keyboard bug, i cant play...

I'm just getting into the game. And I have a keyboard bug in any game mode. W is to go backwards for some reason, and S is forward. The Q and TAB buttons hang up and are constantly pressed. Re-enter the game or reboot PC could not. Keyboard also reconnected.
