Keybind casting reseting to select option

I have to set my keybind to instant cast every time I relaunch the game. Been like this for some time, annoying since I play dynamo and when trying to use my teleport (2) at the beginning of a session or after a crash I have to go reset the keybind since it goes back to confirm cast.

Always happen to me as well with Vyper, I use MOUSE4 and MOUSE5 for the first two abilities.
