After many many patches I fixed the instant cast not working on bebop bomb and seven stun by fully deleting and reinstalling everything. I have discovered the issue is with custom binds, if i set viscous cube and dynamo tp to confirm cast in custom hero binds the bug comes back where seven and bebop instant cast no longer works on press and only on button release. Changing back the settings for dynamo and viscous doesnt fix it either the only way to fix it is to do a clean reinstall of the game. Therefore currently I have to choose whether I want to play seven and bebop or viscous and dynamo without any issue. Please fix this it has been happening for multiple patches, I have reported this multiple times before without having much luck in terms of bug fixes.
