Key bug with steam family

Hi, having issue with steam family mode, i've tried to invite someone but it says he already has the game. when he's playing it the family mod block us.
There is his steam profile https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198068287260/ if any dev can invite him so we're both unlocked and able to play pls.
Tyvm.
(I've seen another posts with the same issue but nobody replied if linking steam profile worked so i'm trying my own)
