I have no real evidence to show this bug but I've experienced it so many times I feel confident I can make a post about it. Originally, I noticed it when I would try to bind my actives. I had one of my actives binded to E but it would really be on V. I've experienced this again recently with my ping. I binded it to caps lock and sometimes IT wouldn't work but the middle mouse button does. I'm curious if anyone else has dealt with this before.
