To much slow, and it even slows attack speed. With upgrade - 3 enemies. 70% is too much. For example, items created for slow have 30 and 40%. The idea is to make it stack much slower to get to max slower. Or just nerf it to 40% with less-no speed debuff. Or something elve, idk. It`s too powerfull now.
