Kelvin can effectively fly by jittering strafe and holding left shift. This also leaves no ice path for counter play if done correctly. This allows for a hard disengage every 13 seconds with basic cooldown upgrades, or less with further itemization.

A maximum slope allowance / minimum forward vector may be needed if the wish is to prevent this.
