Kelvin King - frost grenade not healing

This happens a lot but this is one example.

I throw a frost grenade at a wall and do not receive any healing. Infernus should be reducing it by 40% not 100%. I think that I am possibly throwing the grenade at a smalllll ledge but either way shouldn't the grenade heal in a sphere? This has happened to me A LOT when throwing grenades against the high parts of buildings when I am next to them. It happens multiple times this game but this example sums it up well.

I notice it a lot when using ice path, and I throw the grenades against the walls on the higher parts of the buildings. 0 healing.

The only grenade that checks for LoS and it does this

Have this happening to me as well. Clearly within the AOE, throw nade at feet while like a meter in the air, land on my feet with the grenade exploding, no heal.
