Kelvin graphic bug with beam

Im experiencing what i assume is a bug when i play kelvin (sandbox and matches).

The bug is that the graphics changes to indicate where my beam can hit and where it cannot. Its weird and annoying and its something new that happened the last few days. Ive tried to verify game files which didnt change anything.

So i see now that this actually happens on every hero and its a way to indicate range. The problem on esp. Kelvin is that it makes it very hard to see enemies. There should be an option to change the contrast or to disable it completly for those that dont want the range indicator imo.
