I'm not sure if this is a bug or if this was intended to be, but Kelvin frost grenade fully disables stamina usage even if you have full bars. In the ability description it does not state it disables stamina usage but rather just affects the stamina regen. If its intended to disable stamina usage then I think the ability description should be updated.
