Kelven ult stuck me in a wall

I was stuck in a wall for the rest of the match and neither the suicide or the unstuck button worked when I pressed them. Kelven's ult pushed me into the geometry and nothing could free me.

I got stuck in at one wall near the base after Kelvin ulted near me too close to the wall. I was able to use my 1, 2 and 4 abilities as Lady Geist and recieve damage but since it was late game my health bar regen was quicker than the damage minions made.
